Warren George served on the Oregon Universal Care Task Force and was vice chair of the current Universal Health Plan Governance Board for its first year. He will walk the participants through some of the critical decisions which will need to made by the Governance Board in its remaining ten months.

The premise of the presentation: the more that advocates think about the questions which confront the Governance Board, the better they will do at encouraging and helping the Governance Board to progress further than any design group has in any state.
