Cover Oregon: Kitzhaber says forget about problem-wracked online exchange, get applications in now

Governor Kitzhaber says he doesn't know when the Cover Oregon exchange will be operational.  He recommends using the paper or online application as soon as possible because it could take 30 - 45 days to process.  Make it your project soon.  Applications available here.
